Breathwork - Self-Connection
In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to lose touch with ourselves amidst the noise and chaos of daily life. Stress, distractions, and external pressures often pull us away from ourselves, leaving us feeling disconnected and unfulfilled.
This 90-minute breathwork class will serve as an opportunity to ground and settle in with yourself, fostering self-connection and self-nurturing.
Consider this class a space where you can replenish your inner resources, allowing you to carry this nourishment forward into every facet of your life.
This class will start with an introduction to the breathing technique and group conversation about the class’s theme. The breathing portion will come next as it is the main focus of this class. There will be an opportunity for reflection, sharing experiences, and questions at the end.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork refers to conscious and controlled breathing practices and exercises that promote holistic well-being aiding mood, nervous system regulation, and stress-reduction.
Certain active breathwork practices, such as the one you'll experience in this class, can help expand your capacity to navigate challenging emotions and physical sensations. They can gently initiate the process of softening deeply rooted limiting beliefs, fostering a deeper connection to your intuition and inner wisdom for greater clarity, self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love.
While this is an active practice, my approach is gentle and I encourage you to go at your own pace, honoring what feels right for you.
