For the majority of my life, I was told that I was 'too sensitive,' 'too emotional,' or that I was 'overreacting.' These words left lasting imprints on my self-worth and eventually, I began internalizing that these innate qualities were faults and shortcomings.

It was a journey within, a journey of self-discovery and healing, that ultimately changed my perspective. I came to realize that my sensitivity is, in fact, one of my most precious gifts. It allows me to connect deeply with myself and others, to feel the world around me in a profound way, and to offer genuine empathy and understanding to those in need.

This revelation ignited a passion within me to help others make the same empowering discovery about themselves. I believe that everyone deserves to recognize and harness their unique strengths. That's why I've dedicated my practice to providing you with the tools, support, and guidance you need to unlock the wisdom and self-healing capacity that exists within you.

My heart-centered approach is built upon a foundation of holistic healing, incorporating homeopathy, flower remedies, and breathwork, alongside personalized mentorship and guidance. I blend empathy and evidence-based care to create as safe and nurturing a space as possible for your personal transformation. My Mission

To guide people to the wisdom and self-healing capacity that exists within to nurture a more compassionate and harmonious world. My intention is to help you expand your emotional capacity and cultivate emotional resilience through natural remedies and holistic practices, empowering you to reconnect to yourself and the life you want to live.

My Approach

  • A holistic approach means that the whole person is taken into account. This includes mental, emotional, social, and spiritual factors, rather than just the physical symptoms of a condition.

    In practice, this can mean exploring the interconnectedness between physical presenting symptomatology and emotional states or stressful/traumatic situations — for example, back pain that manifests after grief or gastrointestinal issues that manifest during a toxic relationship.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing. From your genetic predisposition and health story to your lifestyle, life choices, etc. these factors all influence your lived experience and therefore, your healing.

  • My practice incorporates homeopathy , flower remedies (Bach Flower Therapy / Flower Essence Therapy), and sometimes breathwork, alongside personalized mentorship and guidance. I blend empathy and evidence-based care to create as safe and nurturing a space as possible for your personal transformation and healing.

    Should I find that something is out of my scope or that you could benefit from something else, I will gladly make referrals and suggest resources outside of what I can offer.

  • Classical homeopathy has the principle of only giving ‘the minimum dose’ of a remedy. Since the goal of homeopathy is to give a remedy that stimulates a healing response in the person taking it, there is no need to give more than the dose that is needed to initiate a healing response for an individual.

    I apply this concept to the rest of my practice regardless of the modality that I am supporting you with. I believe that, in most cases, less is more when it comes to holistic healing. The ‘less is more’ approach can provide gentle and gradual improvement that lasts, without the burnout, overwhelm, and even retraumatization that can come from more abrupt and extreme approaches.
