What has your healing journey been like? Has it been hard, strenuous, and required a lot of effort? Or has it been a walk in the park? If you’ve found your way to these words, my bet is that it hasn’t necessarily been the latter. 

Doing the work of healing yourself, from your relationship with yourself to those you have with others, and beyond, is a choice that requires a lot of bravery and strength. But what if you’re tired? What if you’re simply exhausted from trying so hard? Is there an easier way? 

I believe that it can. The key is acceptance. Cultivating acceptance of yourself, others, and simply the way things are and have been in your life can begin to transform the way you experience your healing journey.

How do I know? Because cultivating acceptance has helped me on my journey and I think it can help you.

This virtual Breathwork group will focus on cultivating acceptance in your life. A special focus will be placed on cultivating self-acceptance because when you can accept yourself, it gets a whole lot easier to accept everything else outside of yourself. 

Whether you’ve done Breathwork before or this is your first time, there is a place for you in this group.

About Breathwork :: Breathwork is an active meditation that helps you get out of your head and into your body where true healing can occur. It acts as an emotional cleansing that activates your energy system so you can feel and release all that you may have skipped through too quickly, or may have not given enough acknowledgment and validation to in the past. This self-healing modality can help you connect to your intuition and open your heart to the possibility of more self-love and self-acceptance. Powerful shifts and transformation can occur in a short amount of time and breathing in a group can feel especially potent and supportive.
