Let’s face it, living in a cosmopolitan environment like New York City can be inspirational and full of magic, but it can also be tough. Getting caught up in the ‘hustle’ of it all is exciting and energizing, yet when we push past our limits to keep up or produce the next best thing, we often lose touch with what we need most and with what fills us up.
This Breathwork group is set with the intention of softening your edges. When we soften and surrender, we can connect to what we need most – a good cry, a yell, or simply refuge from an overactive mind. By softening, we allow for the possibility for life to flow a little easier and the ability to feel a little less agitated. In this softness, there is strength – sustainable strength that helps us through whatever comes our way.
Breathwork is an active meditation that helps you get out of your head and into your body. The breath acts as emotional hygiene that activates your energy system so you can feel and release all that you may have skipped through too quickly, or may have not given enough credit or validation to in the past.
Come breathe to soften and connect with your true strength.
