Breathwork for Navigating Anxiety & Fear [Virtual Group]

It’s that time of year, we’re deep into fall in the Northern Hemisphere and the days have gotten shorter. The veils are thin and the urge to move around in the darkness and shadows increases. If you’re anything like me, you’ve experienced your fair share of anxiety and fear in this lifetime. Fears including fear of not making a deadline, fear of not acing a test, fear of not getting to do what you want in life, fear of disappointing others, and so on. On a more macro level, these fears hint towards an overarching fear of not succeeding, fear of the unknown, fear of not being enough, and fear of being too much. 

Fear and anxiety can be all-consuming and while fear is a necessary emotion we need to survive, many of our nervous systems become overly activated by fear and it can often get in the way of doing what you really want to do in your life. So, how do you navigate anxiety and fear? By allowing it to be seen. By allowing it to be felt. By digging a little deeper and exploring the messages it may have for you. Then, you can begin to let go. There’s a lot more where this came from and it will all be explored in this Virtual Breathwork Group. 

It’s perfect timing to explore this theme as this group will also be taking place within the Scorpio New Moon portal, so those energies will be ripe for being worked with.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP BY?

You will have to sign up and purchase your spot in this group/class by 3pm PST on Tuesday, October 29th [the day this group takes place].

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY PURCHASE OF THIS VIRTUAL GROUP/CLASS?

You will get live access to a 75-minute virtual Breathwork group which includes a full group Breathwork session focused on the indicated theme. After the live session takes place, you will receive a recording of the live group session to have for your personal use.

HOW WILL I JOIN THE VIRTUAL GROUP?

This virtual group will be conducted via Zoom and will include both audio and video features. On the day this group takes place, you will receive an email from me with the link to register and any additional information you may need. Registration links are for one time use, so please do not share your link with anyone else.

HOW MUCH WILL I NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GROUP/CLASS? IS THERE ANYTHING I’LL NEED TO DO TO PREPARE?

Simply show up on time, ready and willing to breathe with an open mind and you’ll be all set! Your microphone will be muted during the entirety of the group, but you will be able to communicate with me and the group through the chat function.

This breathwork is practiced while laying down, so you will need enough space to lay down somewhere you feel safe and where you will be undisturbed for the full 75 minutes of this class. Prior to the class, you will receive an email with all these details and anything else you may need to know in advance.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND LIVE?

If you are unable to attend live, you will receive the recording to use at a later time.

WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE RECORDING MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes! Once you receive the recording it will be available for download and is yours to keep for your personal use and to breathe with as you need.
