Expression is an incredibly important part of your overall well being. What you do and don’t express can impact how you move through the world and the extent to which you feel safe to be yourself. The first kind of expression that often comes to mind is that which comes through your voice, your verbal communication, and how you speak. While this is a very important part of your expression, the ways in which you express yourself can extend to how you move and create in the world.
In this virtual Breathwork group, you will focus on all the ways you express yourself, and all the ways you don’t. It will be an opportunity to honor all the things you’ve never said because you couldn’t, didn’t know how to, or were afraid to. It will also be an opportunity to honor exactly where you’re at with your expression and where you’d like to be with it.
You will work with the current astrological energies, Taurus season [April 20th - May 21st] & the Scorpio Full Moon [May 18th] to support your work with expression and the opportunity for a transformative experience.
