This virtual Breathwork group recording will help you on cultivate acceptance in your life. A special focus is placed on cultivating self-acceptance because when you can accept yourself, it gets a whole lot easier to accept everything else outside of yourself.

Please ensure you have a peaceful, private space available to breathe in when doing this recording. During the breathing, you will need enough space to comfortably lay down. Whether that be on a bed, couch, or the floor, that’s your choice, just make sure that you are comfortable. You’ll want to keep your body open and receptive, with arms and legs uncrossed and little to no padding under your head to keep your neck open and clear.

I recommend having a blanket and/or pillow nearby for added comfort and you are welcome to bring in any meaningful items you'd like present for support such as crystals/rocks to hold on to for grounding and/or other elements to create a little altar if you feel called. Sometimes it can be nice to burn some incense, light a candle, dim the lights, etc. too. These things are completely optional and up to you. If all you do is bring yourself and an open mind, you'll be good to go!
