I am a self-proclaimed nature-loving, sensitive soul, with a big heart who recently answered a soul call to leave NYC as my home base in pursuit of exploring and connecting with new places, spaces, and faces, through an experience that I am describing as ‘longer-term nomadic living’ with the intention of eventually finding a new place to ground and call home [to find out where I am currently, check out my Instagram or stay up to date on my journey through signing up for my newsletter].

My innate sensitivity has taken me on a journey of exploring my curiosities and continuous personal evolution and transformation. I used to see my deep empathy as my downfall, as something that only caused me pain, but I have learned that it is my greatest gift. For within this softness, I have found strength.

My sensitivity helps me see myself and others honestly and compassionately.

It allows me to feel all intense feelings that come up for me so that I can move through them and heal. You know what they say, ‘the only way out is through.’ So you may ask, what's helped me to master this? Breathwork has. 

Breathwork has given me a way to feel all that I may have skipped through too quickly, all of that which I may not have given enough credit or validation to in the past.

I use Breathwork to help me identify whatever is holding me back, to help me feel my emotions, and to move through it all. On the other side, I've found inspiration, creativity, healing, freedom, and a sense of wholeness.

Breathwork helps me dissolve the old stories and fears that are no longer serving me, so I can continue moving forward in pursuit of what fills me up.

Now, I do not have this thing called life all figured out and I will not pretend to, but I have found some things that help me feel more accepting of my humanness. That is why I am here, telling you about myself and my journey, and offering Breathwork, heart-centered space holding, and intuitive guidance as tools that may aid you in your journey to feeling better, feeling more whole, and more at peace.
